Frontier Jr/Sr HS Soccer Club
The Frontier Soccer Association is proud to support the Frontier Jr/Sr HS Soccer club. After four years the Frontier HS Varsity Soccer team was reverted back to a club by a decision of the Frontier School Board. Over the last year a committe has reviewed what criteria should be used to reestablish the Frontier Soccer Varsity team. A concensus was finally reached that based on interest in the community and the fact that several other schools in the area have established teams it seems only logical for Frontier to have a varsity soccer team. A decision is still pending on when the team will be reinstated to Varsity status, our hope is that the team will be reinstated by the Fall 2002 season. In order to promote soccer at the Jr High and Sr High School levels the club has been opened up to both. As a club we have scheduled a variety of activities that we hope will help students who are interested in soccer to become both better players. |
